However, I found that the X10 may get stuck on some more thick carpets, which can cause it to crash loudly over them and sometimes pushing its front brush into the rugs.
This is a great robo-vacuum and mop, but it's let down by the confusing application. Eufy Clean's application isn't as easy to use as the iRobot App, which guides you through the process of setting up your robot up and teaches users how to use. It's still a great choice, though, and offers the possibility of customization for those that want to get the most of its features.

The K10 Plus uses SLAM navigation which is a simple application and an extensive cleaning process. The PSD sensor works in conjunction with the rotary brush to move around furniture. The four-stage cleaning system combines sweeps, lifts, and vacuums to remove debris from carpets and floors. The dust bin will empty itself, so there's no need to empty it frequently.
The app can also be used to mark areas of your home which you want the device to avoid, such as pet toys or power cords. This is a common feature in most robotic vacuums and is useful if you have specific areas in the house that require more attention than others.
You can set the K10 Plus so that it returns to its base station after 60, 75 or even 90 minutes to empty its garbage bin. This is a significant improvement over other robots which have to be returned and manually emptied. It can save you a lot of time.
In my tests, I noticed that the K10 Plus' battery life was outstanding. It lasted for 110 minutes in a single run. This is more than the iRobot Roomba Combo's 127 mins.
The K10 Plus has a fairly compact design, making it easy to place under furniture or tight spaces. It is connected to Wi-Fi and supports Alexa, Google Assistant and Siri shortcuts. It also integrates with IFTTT and Samsung SmartThings. The app tracks the use of its accessories such as the filter, side brushes and dust bag to let you know when it's time to change them.
